The Smuggler's Lucky Die is rewarded to the player for completing Vinon Daivik's "Phase Four - Combat Medicine" quest during week four of Taanab Harvest Festival. Using the die before slicing a weapon will guarantee a 30% damage slice. The die has three charges.
