- 2 oz dark rum
- 1 oz blue curaçao
- 1 oz lime juice
- 1 oz simple syrup
- Splash of club soda
- Crushed ice
- Lime wedge (for garnish)
- Blue sugar (for rimming the glass)
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Rim a cocktail glass with blue sugar by dipping the rim in lime juice and then into the sugar, creating a blue rim.
- In a shaker, combine the dark rum, blue curaçao, lime juice, and simple syrup. Shake well to mix the ingredients.
- Fill the rimmed cocktail glass with crushed ice.
- Strain the mixture from the shaker into the glass over the crushed ice.
- Top it off with a splash of club soda for a refreshing fizz.
- Garnish the glass with a lime wedge.
