Description

The Plasma Mining Facility is a three-person instance on Naboo located at 2170, 379. The closest star/shuttleports are in Keren. There is a 1 hour timer to complete the instance and players are locked out until server reset regardless of victory or defeat. There is an additional "bonus boss" timer where a group has 30 minutes to reach the bonus boss. If they cannot reach the bonus boss within 30 minutes they can still finish the instance normally and victoriously.

Pre-requisite Quest

Each faction must talk to their respective Queen of Naboo prior to entering the instance for the first time on that character. Once that character has spoken to their respective queen they will never have to speak to her again to enter the instance and can now travel directly to the instance and enter it.

The location of the queens will depend on GCW control over the planet. If your faction controls Naboo you can find your queen in the Theed Palace (waypoint TBD).

If your faction does not control Naboo...

Galactic Empire

Imperial players will have to travel to the Emperor's Retreat (closest star/shuttleport being Moenia) and speak with Queen Kylantha who is located at 2376, -3947.

New Republic

TBD

Encounters

First Guy?

First guy can hit players with very hard bleeds and includes a periodic spawn of a pair of B1 Battle Droid adds.

Prototype Mark III Droideka

Prototype Mark III Droideka

The Prototype Mark III Droideka can be found on the bottom of the first staircase on the second level. This mob is a mini-boss and has no unique mechanics.

Director X1-J6

Director X1-J6

The fight with Director X1-J6 is very similar to the first encounter though its adds are a quartet of blastromechs. Take them down quickly to prevent them from repairing X1-J6.

Prototype Mark III Droideka

This droideka will be found at the bottom of the second staircase on the third level. This droideka is identical to the first.

5T-3V3

5T-3V3

5T-3V3's fight mostly consists of managing and quickly destroying its three B1 Battle Droid adds which spawn periodically throughout the fight. It's very important for the tank to quickly taunt and draw aggro on the adds to keep them physically close to 5T-3V3 so the other party members can efficiently use AoE and CoE attacks.

Overseer JK-321

Overseer JK-321

JK-321's main mechanic is that it periodically repairs its health for large amounts. As an IG-100 MagnaGuard droid it will utilize an electrostaff and use pikeman abilities.

BONUS: Curator M1-NA

Curator M1-NA

Curator M1-NA must be reached within 30 minutes of starting the instance. This droid is extremely low health and can be killed in a single hit.

Loot

This loot list is incomplete and currently a work-in-progress. You can help Star Wars Galaxies: Empire in Flames by expanding it.
