This is the weapon of a Jedi Knight. Not as clumsy or random as a blaster; an elegant weapon for a more civilized age.

The lightsaber, also referred to as a laser sword by those who are unfamiliar with it, is a weapon usually used by the Jedi, Sith, and other force-sensitives. Lightsabers consist of a plasma blade, powered by a kyber crystal, which was emitted from a usually metal hilt and could be shut off at will. It is a weapon that required skill and training and was greatly enhanced when used in conjunction with the force.
