The Nightsister Energy Knuckler is a unarmed melee weapon which can be crafted via a schematic obtained as a loot drop from the Axkva Min Instance on Dathomir. What makes this weapon unique is that, in addition to it's normal damage output, it applies damage-over-time disease effects to Health and Constitution. The applications of these damage-over-time effects are limited to 9,000 each. After 9,000 damage-over-time applications is reached the damage-over-time effects will cease to function and the weapon will function as a normal weapon.
